Most health coaching clients are generally healthy and have some level of wellbeing but feel as though there’s room for improvement.
Together, we will:
Identify your values
Inventory your current habits and routines to identify what’s working and what’s not.
Examine areas of stress and develop mitigation strategies if needed.
Interrogate limiting beliefs that might prevent you from making the changes you’ve prioritized. Beliefs such as - there’s nothing I can do about the stress in my life, changing my diet is too hard and I’ve failed when I tried in the past, or I only have 20 minutes to exercise most days and that’s not enough time - prevent you from taking important steps to tend your health and wellbeing. We’ll work through them so that you can take the necessary steps to care for yourself.
Identify two-to-three changes you want to make initially and develop a plan (a gentle and flexible plan) to execute them.
Meet regularly to check in on progress, make adjustments as needed, and to identify (and take!) next steps. Ongoing support is available if desired.
